This bolster is large enough to accomodate any size client. Also, it's very soft which is more comfortable than the firmer bolsters, especially under the clien't knee.

I have about half my clients who like the bolster and the other half who complain that they feel they are lying downhill or that their legs fall asleep. I noticed that you have to keep turning the bolster to keep it from squishing down on one side.
