2) Special: We Offer Free Shipping on some Gallons of Massage Cremes in the continental 48 US States. The Gallons that Ship Free will be marked with a Free Shipping Logo.


United States:
In-stock items will be shipped out of our warehouse within 48 hours of receipt Monday - Friday. Shipping method is FedEx Ground (unless otherwise selected)(Stationary Style Tables ship by pallets via Fedex Freight) to all destinations in the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii - rate may vary). Drop Ship items may take longer. All packages will ship "signature required" - someone must be present at the time of delivery.

Continental US:
FedEx Ground - Parcels reach most US destinations within 5 business days of shipment and includes tracking information. Depending on weather conditions and your location, your delivery may take slightly longer. We are not responsible for FedEx delays.
Two Day FedEx - Your shipment is guaranteed by FedEx to arrive in 2 business days. In order to qualify, the order must be entering 11:00 am CST Monday-Friday. Example: An order submitted Monday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive by Wednesday afternoon.
Standard Overnight - Your shipment is guaranteed by FedEx to arrive by 3:00 PM the next business day. In order to qualify, the order must be entering 11:00 am CST Monday-Friday. Example: An order submitted Monday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive by Tuesday afternoon.
Priority Overnight - Your shipment is guaranteed by FedEx to arrive by 10:30 AM the next business day. In order to qualify, the order must be entering 11:00 am CST Monday-Friday. Example: An order submitted Monday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive by 10:30 AM Tuesday.
Saturday delivery - Saturday delivery is available using FedEx. Orders must be placed on the Friday before the desired delivery date. A $15.00 additional charge applies. Please phone in your order. Order must be received by 11 AM CST.

Common Carrier - Large Sized(Stationary Tables), Large quantity, pallet-size orders are available for special delivery. Call for price quote

Alaska / Hawaii Ship Method:
All parcels are shipped using FedEx Ground or USPS. We will select the most appropriate carrier based on order make up and destination.

Post Office Box & APO/FPO:
We ship via United States Postal Service First-Class mail. Neither a tracking number nor order number can be provided.

Canada:
FedEx International Economy - 2-5 business days, depending on location. FedEx International Priority - 1-3 business days, depending on location.
All taxes, duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and these fees will be charged to you in addition to any shipping charges you incur from our company.(These fees will most likely be charged to you by your broker if you have a pallet sized order or charged to you by customs/fedex/usps if you have a small package--small package shipment is easier!) If you're not familiar with importing into Canada, we recommend you purchase your products from a Canada based company.
Unless stated, we do not make any claim that any of the products we distribute are Health Canada approved. We will not refund for product or shipping that is confiscated or turned away from entry into Canada due to any reason.

Puerto Rico:
Customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Sorry, we do not take orders from countries outside the United States and Canada. Nor do we ship to freight forwarders or their addresses

Over Sized / Heavy Items
An additional charge may apply to the shipping costs on items that are Over Sized or Heavy.

Manufacturer Direct Shipping:(Drop Ship)
We Try and warehouse all of our products, but certain items are shipped directly from the manufacturers. We will make a note of these items on your invoicing.
