This chair is very well priced for the value. The padding and upholstery are both very high quality as well as the construction. The high weight limit was what really persuaded me to make the purchase, as I tend to think of the liability of putting a person with a deceiving weight into a chair that holds a max weight of 300lbs and injuring them. I have used top of the line chairs before and the only difference I can note between this and a $400 chair is that the adjustments are a little rudimentary. Its like the difference between having power steering and not :)Once you get the hang of getting it in the bag it fits great and is rally light. It is actaully much more convenient than a roller bag becuase for me the wheels always get stuck and tend to fray the nylon on the carry case. All in all I think this is a great buy either as a promo tool or as a starter chair for a chair mx business

I've used many chairs in my practice and was very impressed when I received my new therabuilt chair. The construction was well-done, and the cushion and design were very appealing. WELL WORTH $100, that included the shipping and the case. It took less than 5 minutes to put together the armrest. The only problem I found was that one of the CAPS on one of the legs was broken, so I called and received one in the mail... all is well :)

Great chair for the money. Shipped fast and for free. Had to attach the arm rest myself with one bolt and intructions provided, very easy. After that the chair was ready to go. It folds up flat and fits into a carrying case. Very lightweight too. Thickest foam I have seen on any massage chair. Makes it super comfortable.
