Light/Low Resistance Tubing Kit: The Thera-Band Light Resistance 3-Pack contains 3 x 5 ft. lengths of Latex exercise tubing at the lighter end of the resistance spectrum. Includes an illustrated booklet of basic exercises. Can be used with or without Thera-Band accessories(not included), such as exercise handles, door anchor, extremity strap and Assist Attachment Device.

Heavy/High Resistance Tubing Kit: The Thera-Band Heavy Resistance 2-Pack contains 2 X 5 ft. lengths of Latex exercise tubing at the heavier end of the resistance spectrum. Includes an illustrated pamphlet of basic exercises. Can be used with or without Thera-Band accessories(not included), such as exercise handles, door anchor, extremity strap and Assist Attachment Device.
