If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Refunds for returned items will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds, Returns and any product warranty are only with the original purchaser and are not transferable to another party(invoice or order number must be supplied for proof of purchase for any warranty/refund to even be considered). All returns must be in their original packaging and re-sellable. Washed sheets are considered used and not re-sellable. Therefore, they cannot be returned for credit. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Call tags are only issued for damaged products under warranty, and defective products. These terms are subject to change without notice.
